I posted my first Lookbook in 2013 and kept posting for two years gaining up to 15,000+ followers on Lookbook.nu, but then I got too busy with my graphic design degree to continue. After I graduated I wanted to start again but for various reasons didn't. But now 4 years later I'm back! My style has changed a lot but my 'fashion philosophy' has stayed the same - "Experimentation and wearing what makes me happy is key. I may get weird looks but it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, as long as I am true to myself."
This particular look features a few of my favorite pieces, like my runic leggings from Sovrin and these Free People x Jeffrey Campbell lace up boots I thrifted. The combination of these two statement pieces makes one feel super powerful and ready to wander the forest.
This look also features some new things, like my moon ring from Meghan Petercat that I just picked up last weekend at a makers market. Her jewelry booth was next to mine and I couldn't take my eyes off this ring! I also ordered this amazing moon necklace from Open the Cellar Door last week and I have been wearing it every day since.
I've been growing my hair out for about a year and I've had a really hard time coming up with fun ways to show off my shaved sides. (Most people think I only have one side shaved because I normally just wear my hair down.) But I finally came up with this backwards braid that is super easy, comfortable and shows off my buzzed hair. 👏 👏 👏
